Key Responsibilities Task 1: Training Execution Deliver in-store, classroom, and virtual training sessions focusing on sales effectiveness, service excellence, and product knowledge. Task 2: Program Deployment Program Deployment: Implement regional and local training initiatives aligned with business and brand objectives, ensuring smooth execution and consistency across all channels. Task 3: Onboarding Manage the national new hire onboarding journey, ensuring new employees are equipped with strong brand and product foundations. Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written). Functional Skill: Strong facilitation and presentation skills; able to engage and inspire diverse audiences. IT Skills: Microsoft Office and experience managing e-learning platforms or LMS systems is an advantage.
